Job Description KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Support Office Services Team Leader to Grow, Manage and Lead the office leasing team • Support to provide strategic leasing and marketing to the office property portfolio • Liaise with tenants, property agencies and related parties • Assist in handle the negotiations of leasing transactions • Maintain existing relationships with business partners and develop new business with potential tenants • Support initiating business development activities of existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing etc. • Respond quickly to business referrals generated by the Colliers Global Network Qualifications • Adequate years of solid work experience regarding the expected job position in Commercial Leasing with reputable organizations, preferably in a property-related field • A self-disciplined, accountable character • A broad understanding of the commercial market • Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • A strong team player, with a proven track record in developing talent • University degree or above, majoring at Real Estate Management, Real Estate preferred • Proficiency in spoken and written English Location: China - Shanghai
