What role will you play?
As a Technology Leader, you will lead the digital transformation of our Learning and Development initiatives. You will develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy, integrate new learning technologies, and collaborate with various business units to ensure seamless adoption. Your role will be crucial in driving innovation and improving the effectiveness of our learning solutions.

What you offer

  • 7 years’ of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably within the Learning and Development or HR function of a financial services organization
  • Proficiency in learning technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms, e-learning development tools, and data analytics software
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
