About You
We are seeking a dynamic leader passionate about advancing the educational landscape and enhancing student experience. As Associate Director, Learning Experience, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a strong ability to engage collaboratively with diverse education stakeholders to lead the design and development of education initiatives. Your proven track record in managing high-level projects and strategic initiatives will be pivotal in elevating teacher capability and integrating innovative teaching and learning practices.
You will be adept at using diverse metrics to inform strategic initiatives and your role will be crucial in achieving superior outcomes for students and employers. You will lead teams who support learning and teaching innovation in program delivery across the College of Vocational Education’s five industry clusters, and collaborate seamlessly with central support areas and broader University teams as required.
Your outstanding leadership skills will be essential as you lead teams across four key work streams:
You will ensure the successful development and implementation of education solution design projects of up to $10M.
Candidates with experience in the education sector are highly desirable, as your insights will shape the future of learning at RMIT.
