The Associate Director, Library Experience and Research Services is a dynamic senior leader role which provides bold and strategic leadership to deliver a unified vision for library experiences and scholarly research services that advance the University’s priorities in research excellence, student empowerment, innovation, and inclusive communities. Driving innovation in Library Experience and Research Services, you will lead a team of frontline client service officers and experts to deliver exceptional, equitable support and spaces that foster discovery, wellbeing and a sense of belonging. As a key liaison, you will bridge Scholarly Services with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless, high-quality service delivery and spaces that advance the University’s priorities in research excellence, student empowerment, innovation and inclusive communities.
