Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Germany, we are currently recruiting for experienced Associate Director (m/f/d) to join our Data Centre team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will oversee the pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and close-out phases of a hyperscale, state of the art data center project for a global technology client onsite. Responsibilities: Provide strategic consulting for data centre construction projects for our renowned international clients. Contribute your extensive expertise already in the concept phase and actively support the overall project set-up. Lead the project management of complex building construction projects together with your team, ensuring our high quality and service standards. Coordinate and manage all services delivered by internal and external project stakeholders. Monitor compliance with project objectives, including timelines, budgets, and defined processes and systems. Take responsibility for employee selection, leadership, and development. Actively maintain existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Expand your professional network and position our services in new application areas. Qualifications A completed university degree with an engineering focus. A minimum of ten years of professional experience in the areas outlined above, including substantial expertise in industrial construction and data centre projects. Demonstrated experience in the management and partial leadership of complex large‑scale projects and programmes. Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary leadership practices, complemented by excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as a high degree of determination and interpersonal sensitivity. Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. Confident command of MS Office applications; additional experience with spreadsheet tools and routine use of project management platforms. Availability for fulltime on-site work.
