Sie sind verantwortlich für die Auswahl, Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden. Die aktive Pflege bestehender Kontakte und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, der Ausbau Ihres Netzwerks, die Erschließung neuer Marktsegmente sowie die Positionierung unserer Leistungen in neuen Anwendungsfeldern gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben. Qualifikationen Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder ähnlich. Sie bringen mindestens zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Aufgabenfeldern mit, einschließlich fundierter Expertise im industriellen Bauwesen. Sie haben nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung oder (teilweisen) Führung komplexer Großprojekte und Programme. Sie besitzen umfassendes Wissen in moderner Teamführung sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Empathie. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Sie beherrschen den sicheren Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen und Tabellenkalkulationsprogrammen.
