This leader will focus on continuous improvement of operational processes across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operations management, lean principles, and a track record of successfully managing and implementing change across multiple operations functions. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of operational best practices, drive change, and a commitment to driving innovation and collaboration across teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for all operations centers. Create, align, and execute operational strategies that enable business success and long-term growth Provide direction, mentorship, and performance management for a team of operations managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance Lead the Operations team to achieve outstanding delivery, quality, and cost performance, while building functional capability and accountability Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly review metrics to assess the effectiveness of operational activities. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality, to identify root causes of delays or disruptions and implement corrective actions. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, resource allocation, and workflow to drive improve OTD performance. Provide training, development opportunities, and succession planning for the operations management team. Foster a collaborative work environment to maximize team engagement and effectiveness. Strategic planning of manpower and material to support factory level loading and tactical planning on a daily basis to maximize labor and equipment utilization Advocate for change and continuous improvement QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE: Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER: 15+ years’ manufacturing experience within Aerospace Industry Proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, complex environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
