What the day will look like Develop new business and servicing the designated business portfolio. Perform client relationship activities in line with the Company’s shared goals and objectives. Assist in staff training, coaching and development to achieve Company’s shared goals and objectives. Perform other duties as directed and assigned by the management. Skills and experience that will lead to success Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years working experience in insurance broking, with at least 3 years senior management level. Experience in the marine & logistics insurance market. Holder of professional qualifications such as ANZIIF and CII a definite advantage Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent analytical, time management and client relationship skills Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work unsupervised on day to day matters How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
