Description

Regeneron looking for an Associate Director to lead and oversee market access strategies across our international oncology indirect markets. This pivotal role will ensure seamless execution of global market access initiatives and governance while fostering strong partnerships with our distribution partners. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, International Oncology Market Access, you will play a key role in driving performance and ensuring compliance in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

TO BE CONSIDERED:

We are looking for candidates with 8-10+ years of experience in Market Access, Commercial Operations, or Strategic Alliance roles in the pharmaceutical sector. A Bachelor’s degree is required, an MA or MBA is a plus. You should have an expert understanding of the pharma legal and regulatory environment, strong project management skills, and experience with external-facing activities. Familiarity with the ex-US pharmaceutical landscape and consulting or program management experience are preferred.
This role requires 25-30% travel, including weekends as needed.
