As a member of our ASG Marketing Advisory extended Leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering transformative marketing operating models and strategy for some of the world’s leading brands. The Song Marketing Advisory practice is our strategic function in Marketing and you will partner with CMO’s to modernize their marketing approach through vision, organizational design, and technology to set the conditions for world-class marketing. You will shape and sell GenAI-powered, performance-driven marketing reinvention strategies that drive growth and relevance. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, data, and technology to modernize marketing functions, enhance customer experience, and unlock business growth.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• 10+ years in marketing transformation and growth strategy across end-to-end marketing with a blend of consulting and industry experience, ideally in a global consultancy or enterprise leadership role.
• Proven success in shaping and selling large-scale advisory engagements.
• Deep expertise in marketing operating model redesign, GenAI application, CRM, and performance optimization.
• Proficient in advanced marketing technologies (e.g. CDPs, MMM, content engines, automation platforms).
• Track record of building and scaling marketing consulting / advisory offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including building cross-functional teams and mentoring hybrid talent.
