A person successful in this role will have strong stakeholder management skills to meet long-term client goals and shorter-term project objectives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 9 years’ marketing or communications experience, journalism experience or major preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience leading high volume client engagements.
  • Previous work in a Health and Life Science field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and content development (i.e. writing/editing social posts, etc.).
  • Knowledge of multichannel marketing (social, web, email, paid), understanding what makes each channel unique and how to engage audiences in each platform.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting complex marketing data to uncover and clearly communicate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Successful account management and stakeholder communication across a range of senior, peer and junior internal team and client audiences.
  • Track record of quickly building subject matter experience with enough context and credibility to understand client’s business and research domain.

  • Client relationship management: working with clients to communicate recommendations, articulate options, review deliverables, and incorporate feedback to continue driving work forward.

  • Strong critical thinking skills: ability to break down an ambiguous problem, develop an approach, and execute.
  • Integrated campaign thinking across channel disciplines: organic social, PR, paid media, social media, creators, bespoke content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including competency with PowerPoint and Excel (analysis and visualization).
  • Strong ability to generate insights and actionable recommendations based on analytics data.
  • A focus on driving work forward: working with junior and senior colleagues and managing workflows, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on time delivery with high quality.

    Responsibilities
