SUMMARY ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Associate Director, Medical Affairs Learning and Development will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for the Medical Affairs team. This role will ensure that all medical team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively communicate scientific information both internally and externally, engage with healthcare professionals, and support the medical strategies of the organization.
