QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy or equivalent
• Professional Qualifications: Years of relevant work experience in M&A or related business
• Key Skills:
  o Strong technical and quantitative skills; superior understanding of and ability to perform and evaluate financial analysis
  o Strong work ethic, high energy level, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

o Good team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels in the organisation

• Ability to deliver under time pressure
• Any sector expertise, prior experience in middle east and Arabic language skills will be considered a plus
