A career as an Associate or Associate Director (depending on experience) in the Structured Solutions Group at National Bank means acting as a structured product expert to serve our Canadian clientele, primarily investment advisors and portfolio managers. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization by leveraging your knowledge of investment products and your commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
Structured products are customized investment solutions designed to adapt to evolving market conditions while meeting investors’ specific views and risk tolerances. The selected candidate will work closely with the Canadian Sales team, trading, product management, legal and other stakeholders, to optimize the sales process and product offering, ultimately enhancing the client experience.
Due to the tactical nature of our offering, the wide range and volume of products, and the many processes involved, this role requires strong attention to detail and a keen sense of curiosity to ensure operational efficiency and quality.
