Reporting directly to the Director, Nexus, Debt Services, the Associate Director plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and team success. Lead daily operations to ensure SLAs are met in an efficient manner. Perform reviews on setups and credit agreements, or any other deliverables, for the operations team. Lead client relationships and be a point of escalation. Fulfil or review ad hoc client requests. Participate in new service development and support new service rollouts. Participate in and manage projects to enhance the overall service offering. Support client escalations from the operations team and navigate to a resolution. Involve in communications with external parties, support current clients on regular calls and represent our brand. Qualifications Demonstrable experience in fund administration or relevant financial services in private credit. Strong technical knowledge and experience of loan operations, documentation, and accounting practices. Demonstrable experience in a supervisory role.
