POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Director of Academic Operations and Family Engagement plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the school’s academic programs and fostering deep, meaningful partnerships with families. Reporting directly to the Principal, this strategic partner is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing systems and initiatives that enhance academic excellence, streamline operational processes, and cultivate a vibrant, inclusive school community where families are active and valued partners in student success. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational oversight, strong communication, and a commitment to fostering an equitable and supportive environment for all students and families.
