The Associate Director of Ambulatory Operations is a key member of the leadership team, responsible and accountable for ensuring the achievement of organizational goals related to departmental operations, customer service, and patient care support. This role encompasses practice and personnel management, clerical and clinical support functions, revenue and financial oversight, and the maintenance of exceptional customer service standards. The Associate Director provides direct oversight and strategic direction for the interdepartmental collaboration of staff and services within and in support of clinical departments. This position works collaboratively with division leadership to align departmental goals and priorities, ensuring high levels of patient, physician, and staff satisfaction. The role is crucial in overseeing the efficient and cost-effective delivery of services across all sections and locations within the network Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business or related field Required Master's Degree Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business or related field Preferred or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 5 years experience in healthcare management or practice management Required General Experience Progressively challenging managerial experience in an organization/division of comparable scope and complexity Required General Experience Proven leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. Required General Experience with and in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Required Licenses
