OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive employee to provide comprehensive support to our executive team and the associations managed by the New Hampshire Medical Society. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring communications and promotion of programs. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong administrative experience, project coordination, and excellent communication skills.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience working with association nonprofits and membership organizations.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on executive support or personal assistant duties.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling and managing appointments efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in communications and in data management.
  • Previous experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy across various software applications and platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in an administrative capacity while supporting high-level executives in a dynamic environment.

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, transcription, and proofreading documents for accuracy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for document creation and collaboration.
  • Manage the front desk duties including greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure effective office management by maintaining supplies, equipment, and overall organization of the workspace.
