The ADOC supports the Director of Coaching in leading player and coach development across the location. This role oversees all 7v7 teams, coaches one team, and is responsible for developing coaches and driving program growth. Success in this role includes: * Add a minimum of 2 new teams annually in the youngest age groups * Intentionally disciple at least 3 coaches each season * Support teams to achieve a 70% win rate while prioritizing development * Maintain a parent satisfaction score of 8.0 or higher * Engage weekly in CityReach initiatives* * Lead programs that annually impact budgeted numbers for your location

Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Coaching supports the Director of Coaching in leading player and coach development across the location. This role oversees all 7v7 teams, manages one team directly, and focuses on driving program growth and coach mentorship.
