The Associate Director of Admissions and Enrollment serves as a key partner to the Director of Enrollment Management, leading the operational execution of Bosque School’s enrollment strategy. This role oversees the full admissions cycle, ensuring a seamless, mission-aligned experience for prospective families from inquiry through enrollment. As a central member of the admissions team, the Associate Director blends strategic thinking, relationship-building, and operational leadership to help shape each incoming class and advance the school’s enrollment goals.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Admissions Operations & Applicant Experience * Manage the full admissions cycle from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all prospective families. * Translate strategic enrollment goals into clear processes, timelines, and touchpoints. * Monitor applicant engagement and progress, using data to inform adjustments and improve outcomes. * Oversee the execution of admissions communications, ensuring alignment with the school’s voice and brand. * Lead the application review process and support admissions committee decision-making in partnership with the Director of Enrollment Management. Family Engagement & Relationship Building * Serve as a visible and engaged presence with prospective families through interviews, tours, and events. * Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, community partners, and key stakeholders. * Support the delivery of a high-touch, personalized campus visit experience. * Communicate clearly and effectively with families throughout the admissions and enrollment process. Financial Aid & Enrollment Strategy * Guide families through the financial aid process with clarity, transparency, and care. * Support financial aid presentations and conversations to ensure informed decision-making. * Partner with the Director of Enrollment Management and Financial Aid Committee in the awarding process. * Monitor financial aid trends and engagement to support enrollment strategy. Programming, Events & Ambassador Leadership * Lead the design and flow of major admissions events, including open houses and yield programming. * Oversee the recruitment, training, and support of student and parent ambassadors. * Deliver engaging, mission-aligned presentations to prospective families and community audiences. Departmental Integration & Operational Excellence * Maintain data integrity and support reporting through effective use of admissions systems and CRM tools. * Represent the Director of Enrollment Management in meetings and events as needed. * Support re-enrollment and retention efforts in collaboration with school leadership. * Stay informed on admissions trends and the independent school landscape.
