THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a dynamic Associate Director in our Saskatoon location to join our Saskatoon team as a vital partner to the Director, leading HoopLife to new heights. You’ll coach athletes, make weekly sales calls to grow our programs, and tackle administrative tasks to keep operations humming. This full-time role is a leadership powerhouse, working hand-in-hand with the Director to mentor coaches, build relationships with the HoopLife families, and drive revenue through camps, clinics, and memberships. Responsibilities
  • Coach athletes on the court, leading sessions, league games, and programs with passion and precision.
  • Make weekly sales calls to families, selling camps, clinics, memberships, and programs to pack every session.
  • Build deep relationships with the families, connecting with heart to grow HoopLife’s community.
  • Support the Director in hiring, training, and mentoring coaches, fostering a united team of elite trainers.
  • Handle administrative tasks—scheduling, client follow-ups, and more—to keep Saskatoon operations smooth.
  • Assist with facility upkeep, ensuring our building stays clean, maintained, and world-class.
  • Step up as a leader, setting the tone for coaches and families with an 11/10 standard.
  • Work long, tough hours, balancing coaching, sales, and operations, giving your all to the mission.
