Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization. Ensure maintenance of customer database. Develop and maintain effective relationships with all the departments. Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Motivate and develop team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork. Operational Management Coordinate all activities to maintain and increase business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, employee training and guest relations. To identify new business by generating new leads. Assist the Executive Assistant Manager to prepare Annual Sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goals and hence take necessary corrective action. To meet or exceed agreed sales targets. Review internal promotion material on a regular basis to insure that they are consistent with standards set by the Management. Work closely with the Public Relations Manager to improve relations between the Organization and the society at large to obtain maximum media coverage of activities within the premises which are of interest locally and internationally. To maintain a productive and professional relationship with all clients. Qualifications Knowledge and Experience Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / MBA in Sales Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience.
