Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and contract renewals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless service delivery. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. 8–12 years of hotel sales experience, including senior-level exposure. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
