Job Description This is a senior sales leadership role focused on driving commercial performance, market growth, and strategic client engagement across key segments. You will play a key role in shaping sales direction, strengthening market presence, and supporting a high-performing commercial team within a global hotel environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you will influence strategy and contribute to overall revenue outcomes while continuing to grow your leadership capability. This is an excellent next step for an experienced sales professional ready to take on broader responsibility, visibility, and impact. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing sales and events team Drive revenue growth across MICE, C&E, Corporate, Inbound and Wholesale segments Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities Manage and grow key client relationships and strategic accounts Oversee sales activity, pipeline performance and conversion outcomes Develop and execute targeted sales activity across key market segments Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and commercial reporting Collaborate with Revenue, Operations and Accor sales teams Position the hotel as a leading conference destination in Cairns Champion Pullman brand standards and Accor Live Limitless engagement Qualifications Proven experience in senior hotel sales or sales leadership role Strong background in Conference & Events and/or MICE markets Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and market share Experience leading, coaching or mentoring sales teams Strong commercial acumen and understanding of hotel revenue drivers Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience within Accor or international hotel groups highly regarded Familiarity with Accor Live Limitless strongly desirable Degree in Business, Marketing or Hospitality preferred Full Australian working rights required Additional Information Why work for Accor?
