KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT * Assist in developing and executing the hotel's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. * Identify and secure new corporate, government, travel agent, and leisure business opportunities. * Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximize repeat business. * Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections. * Participate in sales missions, trade shows, and networking events. REVENUE GENERATION * Support the achievement of monthly and annual room revenue budgets. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. * Work closely with the Revenue Management team to maximize occupancy and ADR. * Ensure effective negotiation of rates and contracts within approved guidelines. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT * Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the designated CRM system. * Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner. * Prepare account development plans for key clients. GUEST & BRAND STANDARDS * Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with IHG and Holiday Inn Express brand standards. * Maintain strong relationships with guests and business partners. * Address client concerns promptly and professionally. TEAM COLLABORATION * Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Front Office, and Revenue teams. * Support the Director of Sales in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and business plans. * Assist in mentoring and guiding junior sales team members. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with an international hotel brand. * Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue management, and market segmentation. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
