We’re looking for an Associate Director of Sales & Operations to lead growth and operational performance across a region of high-performing practices. This role is critical to scaling our footprint, supporting our providers, and reinforcing the systems that make our patient and provider experience exceptional.
This is a role for a builder. You’ll be responsible for translating executive strategy into operational execution while developing Practice Managers and local teams to meet ambitious goals. You’ll move fast, lead with clarity, and create environments where accountability and results can thrive.
