Job Description As our Associate Director of Sales, you will oversee a portfolio of key accounts across, driving growth through strategic planning and tactical execution. You will proactively expand revenue opportunities by ensuring our hotel products and services are effectively positioned and marketed. You will also support the Sales team, championing best practices and leveraging emerging sales techniques to support their success. In this role, you will: Manage a portfolio of major accounts that have specific potential for our hotels. Research new business opportunities for Accor’s hotels with a particular focus on corporate, entertainment and other key market segments. Work in conjunction with Accor National Sales to identify and target business opportunities for Accor’s hotels. Work with senior leadership on specific and tactical activities. Secure new business and maintain business for agreed markets.
