Our dynamic and growing Commodities and Global Markets Group has a hub of Operational Risk specialists dedicated to supporting our global business on complex trading risks. We ensure that key operational risks are effectively managed and monitored, providing a robust foundation for our trading activities.
In office attendance is required for this role 3-4 days per week.

What role will you play?
Use your Equity Derivatives knowledge to provide expert advice on the end-to-end risks and controls environment. You will support and facilitate the continued improvement of processes, controls, and operational risk awareness and culture across our businesses. As a subject matter expert, you will partner with the trading desks and support groups, leveraging your expertise to develop a comprehensive knowledge of all processes to proactively manage operational risks. You will provide advice on a broad range of risk matters, assess new product and business initiatives, investigate incidents, and test the effectiveness of controls.
