Associate Director, Operations and Coordination Join Liquor and Gaming NSW. We're responsible for regulating liquor, wagering, gaming, casinos and registered clubs in NSW This is a Clerk Grade 11/12 role with a salary range of $149,739 - $173,174 per annum plus superannuation Ongoing role based in Sydney, NSW - Hybrid working arrangements may be available within business operational needs About The Role This role sits at the centre of decision‑making, providing high‑level executive and branch support to the Executive Director Data, Strategy & Performance in a fast‑paced and complex regulatory environment. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help translate priorities into action by coordinating branch planning, projects, reporting and governance, while supporting informed, timely executive decisions. You will lead the preparation of executive communications, briefings and presentations, play a key role in issues management on sensitive and high‑risk matters, and build strong relationships across the division and with stakeholders. The role also offers the opportunity to influence how the branch operates by driving improvements to systems, processes and ways of working, contributing to strong governance, delivery and outcomes for the community.
