ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF PAID MEDIA (REMOTE WORLDWIDE)

We’re seeking a driven, strategic Associate Director of Paid Media who can both lead teams and drive results for our premium B2B SaaS clients.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of team leadership or management experience
  • 5+ years of paid media experience, with at least 2 years managing B2B SaaS accounts
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level paid media budgets ($50K+/month)
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with strong knowledge of Meta Ads
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets
  • Remote work experience and excellent virtual communication skills
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you’ll:

  • Lead and develop a team of 2-4 paid media consultants, ensuring consistent quality and results
  • Drive demonstrable pipeline growth and ROI on the client’s investment with Powered by Search
  • Oversee strategic direction of our client engagements and drive innovation across the agency
  • Maintain executive-level client relationships and communication
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership and best practices
