Description

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a skilled professional to become Associate Director of People Analytics, to take our people related reporting and analytics to the next level. This is an opportunity to come into an exciting environment to enhance and build our People analytics processes and infrastructure globally. This role combines your process excellence, leadership, HR expertise, and drive to elevate operational capabilities.
The Associate Director of People Analytics will lead the newly established HR Reporting & Analytics department, responsible for delivering comprehensive HR data analysis and reporting solutions. This new role will manage all aspects of HR analytics and reporting, including ad hoc and urgent reporting needs, external reporting to government and investors, and complex internal HR reports.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:



    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience with advanced Excel formulas, pivot charts, and data visualization tools.
    • Experience leading and developing a team.

    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:



      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
      • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.( ADP WorkforceNow and SAP SuccessFactors)
      • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) strongly preferred.
      • Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent and confidential reporting requests.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Master’s degree in a related field.
      • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
      • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
