  • We are looking for an individual with significant proven skills and expertise operating in a business partnering role at a senior level, including strategic business partnering in a professional services or other fast-paced environment. Prior experience in EMEA is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Fluency in English is essential; Additional language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

The Senior People Business Partner (Sr. PBP) serves as a strategic leader within the Global People Organization, acting as a critical link between People Partners, People Programs, and People Services. This role is integral to driving alignment between business unit goals and organizational people practices, fostering growth, and enhancing the employee experience. The Sr. PBP will design and implement people strategies that support business objectives, ensuring excellence across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. We are looking for a self starter who has the capability to hit the ground running with a proactive, solution focused and continuous service improvement mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the critical connection between People Partners, People Programs, and People Services.
  • Establish credible working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and employee groups, across multiple regions, with a specific focus on EMEA to align people strategies with firm-wide growth objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate critical initiatives within the Global People Organization, such as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, to ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR programs, services and support across business units.
  • Drive alignment of business unit strategic goals by identifying and implementing best practices in people management and organizational development
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform, develop and execute data driven people strategies and decisions to support organizational growth and operational goals.
  • Act as an advocate and champion for the organization’s core values and inclusive culture.
  • Synthesize information from various sources to develop comprehensive people strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to leadership on employee performance, development, and engagement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to manage the performance development process and ensure alignment with career growth and succession planning.
  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of organizational changes.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex HR issues, offering expert resolution and ensuring consistency in approach.
  • Ensure compliance with EMEA labor laws and regional employment regulations, adapting strategies to meet local legislative requirements.
  • Leverage knowledge of EMEA business culture to enhance the employee experience and tailor HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the wider global geography.
  • A willingness to lead and/or lean in to support non geography initiatives and programmes of work.
