We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director - Procurement to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves strategizing and executing procurement processes that support our groundbreaking projects, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of efficiency and quality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant procurement experience, ideally within large-scale projects in the entertainment or real estate sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, market dynamics, and supplier management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and project requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to negotiate advantageous contracts and improve service delivery.
  • Guide market research efforts to identify potential suppliers and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand procurement needs and provide strategic support.
  • Prepare and present procurement performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team, instilling a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and organizational procurement policies and processes to mitigate risks.
