QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of professional experience in product marketing within financial services, with a strong focus on cryptocurrency and/or decentralized finance preferred.
Proven expertise in content marketing and content creation, with a portfolio of successful campaigns and materials that demonstrate effective messaging and audience engagement.
In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and the product development lifecycle.
Proven track record of developing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns that drive measurable results.
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred).
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with product launches, go-to-market strategies, and account-based marketing in the cryptocurrency or fintech space.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and external partners.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $145,00 to $165,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the global Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading product marketing initiatives and content creation efforts that connect Marketing activities to specific commercial outcomes, focusing on:
Content Strategy and Development: Design and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that highlights S&P DJI’s cryptocurrency and DeFi products. Create high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and educational materials that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and market insights.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine the positioning and messaging for S&P DJI’s cryptocurrency and DeFi products. Craft compelling narratives that highlight the unique value propositions and benefits to various audiences, including institutional investors, fintech partners, and retail users.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and market penetration of cryptocurrency and DeFi offerings.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring S&P DJI’s offerings remain relevant and competitive.
Account-Based Marketing: Engage with key partners and clients in globally to promote awareness and adoption of S&P DJI’s cryptocurrency and DeFi products. Develop tailored marketing strategies to nurture relationships and drive product usage.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of content marketing and product marketing initiatives. Provide regular reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
