We are looking for experienced professionals across: Project and Programme Management Cost and Commercial Management Project Controls and Planning You’ll be responsible for: Directs the coordination and delivery of programmes, aligning project execution with defined strategic objectives, vision, and outcomes. Establishes and maintains an effective programme delivery environment across people, organisational structure, processes, information, and technology. Drives performance improvement beyond baseline targets through optimisation of resources and continuous monitoring, evaluation, and refinement of systems and methodologies. Leads governance of safety, quality, cost, schedule, risk, sustainability, compliance, and stakeholder management to ensure consistent delivery excellence. Maintains comprehensive programme documentation, including plans, procedures, reports, registers, and lessons learned to support informed decision-making. Builds and leads high-performing, inclusive teams, fostering collaboration, engagement, and a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. Manages key internal and external stakeholder relationships, strengthening communication, engagement, and long-term network development. Ensures commercial viability and alignment with organisational objectives, while embedding innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability principles, including net zero carbon delivery. About you You will bring proven experience in major rail or infrastructure programmes, coupled with the ability to operate in complex, fast‑paced delivery environments.
