AN ESTABLISHED AND HIGHLY RESPECTED CONSTRUCTION AND PROPERTY CONSULTANCY IS SEEKING A TALENTED SENIOR LEVEL PROJECT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN CAT A AND/OR CAT B COMMERCIAL FIT-OUT PROJECTS. THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ON HIGH-PROFILE WORKPLACE AND OFFICE SCHEMES FOR BLUE-CHIP CLIENTS, DEVELOPERS, AND GLOBAL OCCUPIERS.YOU’LL BE PART OF A SUPPORTIVE, FORWARD-THINKING TEAM DELIVERING PREMIUM SPACES ACROSS THE COMMERCIAL SECTOR — FROM SHELL AND CORE UPGRADES TO FULLY TAILORED INTERIORS. THIS IS A CLIENT-FACING ROLE SUITED TO SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN PRECISION, COLLABORATION, AND END-TO-END PROJECT EXCELLENCE.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion
  • Oversee programmes, procurement, design coordination, and construction delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact for client and consultant teams
  • Ensure works are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Monitor risk, health & safety, and statutory compliance
  • Chair meetings, produce reports, and manage change controls
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice within the team
