We run both local and national client’s from our Manchester office including: Institutions Pension Funds High net worth individuals REITs We manage a number of well-known, mixed use, retail and office assets and has grown significantly over the last five years. Reporting to the Team Director you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assets located in and around the north of England. The portfolio contains a mix of buildings with a variety of sectors including office, retail, industrial and F&B. The team manages a diverse portfolio of commercial assets for a major UK pension fund, for private clients, based both in UK and overseas, as well as local authority clients. You will have ultimate responsibility for the performance of the assets to include management of the following services: Finance team Site based teams including facilities management Surveying team – graduate/apprentice Specialist Service teams – ESG, Procurement, CX, Data, Technology Responsibility for ensuring the assets are: Managed to the very highest standard Clean, safe, secure and in repair Providing a modern customer experience Market leading and competitive in the market Continuously reducing carbon emissions Operating with good value service charges Contributing significantly to the local community Qualifications Be a team player with a positive attitude Qualified to MRICS Have a track record in managing people Have experience in managing large multi-let assets Be personable with established client facing capabilities Be capable of performing business development duties Be ambitious with promotion aspirations Have a strong work ethic and willing to be in Manchester 3 days p/w Additional Information Opportunity to work in a leading global real estate firm. Responsibilities
