YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–7+ years in proposal development or clinical research.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Phase I–IV clinical trials and CRO operations.
  • Skills & Competencies: Excellent writing, Microsoft Word proficiency, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven coaching, negotiation, and team-building skills with global and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Proven leadership in matrixed environments, with strong mentoring and team development skills.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex proposal and pricing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of proposal development, budgeting, and commercial strategy best practices.
  • Expertise in pricing clinical development programs and crafting strategic summaries.
  • Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and confident in both writing and speaking.
  • Skilled at navigating fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with sound judgment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with excellent self-motivation and multitasking abilities.
