QUALIFICATIONS:

THIS ROLE:

Manage and ensure timely enrollment of client groups and individual providers and monitor contract termination dates and make sure that claims are processed based on the contracted rates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assigning providers to Supervisor, Coordinators and Representatives
• Respond to and/or resolve client and employee requests
• Monitor and maintain accuracy of electronic client and provider information
• Work with Contract Coordinator to pursue new contracts for physician groups with insurance carriers and obtain contracts for new clients
• Review status of negotiations for open and existing contracts
• Encouraging constructive feedback from staff and between team members
• Manage recruitment process including by identifying needs, posting internally, and screening and interviewing candidates
