Responsibilities
  • Providing technical and project leadership in your area of expertise, across multiple concurrent social and economic research and evaluation projects to deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs that support complex policy and program outcomes.
  • Driving business development by maintaining and expanding client relationships, leading high-quality tenders, fee proposals, and contributing to new work generation through networks and industry engagement.
  • Delivering strong commercial outcomes by managing project budgets, ensuring financial discipline, and contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance.
  • Fostering a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members and supporting talent growth across the practice.
  • Meeting and exceediung revenue targets through strong service delivery and proactive project management.
  • Monitoring market developments and industry trends, identifying emerging opportunities and helping to shape strategic responses.
  • Contributing to national and local strategic FSI projects, taking ownership of assigned initiatives under broader strategic and business plans.
