Responsibilities
Providing technical and project leadership in your area of expertise, across multiple concurrent social and economic research and evaluation projects to deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs that support complex policy and program outcomes.
Driving business development by maintaining and expanding client relationships, leading high-quality tenders, fee proposals, and contributing to new work generation through networks and industry engagement.
Delivering strong commercial outcomes by managing project budgets, ensuring financial discipline, and contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance.
Fostering a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members and supporting talent growth across the practice.
Meeting and exceediung revenue targets through strong service delivery and proactive project management.
Monitoring market developments and industry trends, identifying emerging opportunities and helping to shape strategic responses.
Contributing to national and local strategic FSI projects, taking ownership of assigned initiatives under broader strategic and business plans.
