Responsibilities

This is a Permanent Full Time position at 80 hours per fortnight within the Quality Department. An exciting opportunity exists to provide quality leadership across the RCH. The Associate Director Quality (Patient Safety) is a member of the senior leadership team in the RCH Quality Department. The role leads contemporary patient safety practices, supports quality systems’ relating to patient safety and drives a just culture and learning culture to support high quality safe care.
This role sits alongside two other Associate Directors of Quality each leading a strategic portfolio: clinical excellence, patient safety and patient experience.
Classification for this position will range from A081-A085 ($118.898 - $131,216.80 base salary per annum, plus superannuation)
