Position Summary The Associate Director, GTS Reliability will be responsible for driving the adoption and execution of the BMS reliability vision and strategy in line with business expectations. This role oversees and collaborates with sites, functions, and the greater Reliability network to develop and implement strategies that drive a continuous improvement culture. This position is a key contributor to the development and execution of reliability initiatives, strategic scorecards and dashboards, best practices in business processes, operational excellence principles, and systems development and deployment. It will be critical that this position work with leaders across PDS to meet business objectives and build the foundations to drive continuous, sustainable, flawless execution and performance improvement. Key area of focus over the next year: Maximo deployment. Key Responsibilities 1. Maximo Implementation UAT & Design User Acceptance Testing (UAT): script creation, approval, and execution Defect management Design and requirement creation Cutover & Data Strategy Cutover strategy development (one per cutover) Data load strategy and support — manual, bulk, and phased approaches based on each cutover Master data load strategy Site implementation plan and summary report Release for use document (one set per cutover) Go-Live Support Hyper Care support post-deployment SME training Change Management Roles and responsibilities definition SOP identification, tracking, and translation Security matrix within Maximo Roles impacted assessment Communication plan Project justification and strategy Change control creation, approval, and closure (site and/or global) 2. Compensation Overview: New Brunswick - NJ - US: $168,140 - $203,744 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
