Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Experience : 13+ Years Strong background in project and program management. Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a senior leadership or director-level role. Proven prior experience in the Retail, CPG, and e-Commerce business domains. Demonstrated experience managing a team of 60-70 resources. Direct experience handling a project portfolio of $10M to $15M. Strong background in project delivery, team building, and operational management. Experience in setting up or running a new office location is highly advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Proven entrepreneurial and proactive leadership mindset. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring short term and long-term success of the account Overseeing the delivery of large, complex programs within the organization Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarro’s offerings. Defining the project scope and planning through delivery of assigned product and related product releases. Ensuring all projects in the account meet defined guidelines of governance, standards, and best practices. Suggesting and owning delivery methodology, resourcing requirements, governance mechanism and proposed solution in accordance with the high-level requirements Conceptualizing and executing workshops internally and with customers on technology and business topics to identify new solution areas and use cases. Effectively managing program(s) through development of robust schedules, change control, and risk mitigation Owning the health of the account on all key metrics (risk, scope, schedule, quality, resources, finance, and customer satisfaction) Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case. Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
