KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide timely, pragmatic risk advice across operations, data, and technology.
• Identify and manage operational risks, issues, and incidents, including root cause analysis and control improvements.
• Lead the Risk & Compliance Self-Assessment process.
• Design and implement effective controls for new and changing business processes.
• Support governance forums and deliver high-quality risk reporting.
• Collaborate with Line 2 and Line 3 to ensure robust risk outcomes and issue remediation.
• Champion the application of risk frameworks across IB&M.
