DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will contribute to the generation of new business and the retention of existing business by participating in RFPs and supporting the collective sales effort in line with the Real Estate Practice’s sales and business retention strategy. Achievement is measured through maintenance of a positive ‘hit rate’ for Tender exercises within the Practice and the enhancement of the Willis brand in the UK Real Estate market.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong skills in problem solving and planning.
  • Systems capabilities sufficient to support the drafting and issuance of high quality outputs.
  • Strong facilitation skills – able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company.
  • Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Organisation of pipeline management and sales cycle implementation to allocate best resources.
  • Co-ordinate REP’s response to RFPs for both new business and defences.
  • Support delivery of consistent start-to-finish client experience ensuring best practice and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage with marketing to drive and support consistent marketing approach – materials, thought leadership, conferences, events etc.
  • Drive innovation and excellent client experiences by sourcing expertise across LOBs and geographies.
  • Input into the design and delivery of key client and prospect materials.
  • Support the development of new products specific to specialized area of expertise.
