Role Overview
Working within our long established and growing Energy Team (part of Savills Earth), we are looking to recruit an energy specialist with a minimum of five years’ experience. We require a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is ambitious.
The role will encompass a diverse range of clients from rural businesses to large industrial warehouses, the successful candidate will ideally have experience of the contract structures that have to be put in place between a landlord and occupier.
The successful candidate must have experience with one or more of technologies covering solar, battery storage and EVs. They must be able to demonstrate that they have capabilities to assist with financial/data analysis. They must have a good technical understanding of the energy sector and have strong project management skills in order to progress projects within an agreed budget and timeframe.
