Senior Domain Analyst The opportunity As a Market and Competitive Insight Senior Analyst at EY, you will possess a strong blend of analytical prowess, creativity, and executive presence, enabling them to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities: Provide deep insight and understanding of the market and competitive landscape. Engage and challenge senior domain stakeholders with commercial and provocative perspectives, preparing insightful analysis on trends impacting EY and its clients. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and insights generation. Develop engaging narratives and presentations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Demonstrate agility in adapting to changing market conditions and internal client needs. Work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Exhibit executive presence in interactions with senior leadership and clients. Perform quantitative analysis to support strategic recommendations. Create visually appealing data visualizations to present insights clearly and effectively. Solve complex problems through innovative thinking and a proactive approach. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies, and industry trends. Develop insights beyond publicly available information, leveraging EY's proprietary knowledge and interacting with colleagues, clients, and external networks. Lead the creation of specific insights by leveraging EY’s proprietary knowledge, emerging tools and technologies (like AI) and collaborating with Clients and Industries colleagues. Identify opportunities for cross-Domain collaboration and share insights with other Insights and Clients and Industries teams and lead key cross domain initiatives. Synthesize diverse perspectives and sources to develop compelling insights that drive results. Use qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to provide analytic insights. Coach less-experienced team members to improve their skills in research, analysis, data analytics, and visualization. Skills and attributes for success Strong presentation skills and commercial storytelling, with experience influencing senior decision-makers. Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. A proactive self-starter, able to bring new ideas for new insights to leadership. Advanced skills in AI enabled insights generation. Collaborative and able to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and concisely. Ability to proactively build a network of internal and external contacts to shape insights. Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
