JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate Director, Product Management (Marketing) will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Masimo’s product and brand portfolio(s). Supporting both upstream (insight-driven product development) and downstream (commercial go-to-market) initiatives, this role works collaboratively across Engineering, Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing Communications to drive brand growth, market awareness, and adoption . This individual will play a critical role in defining product positioning, market messaging, go-to-market strategies, and commercial support activities to drive adoption and growth. The Associate Director has a strong understanding of the medical device market, healthcare customer needs, and cross-functional team leadership, with a passion for leveraging clinical and market insights to shape product strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in related field. MBA preferred.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods of time. Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% is necessary.
