The Artificial Intelligence & Data (AI&D) Organization is an exciting center of excellence supporting all of Verizon. Our team will be a catalyst to Verizon’s future in creating networks that move the world forward through the power of Artificial Intelligence & Data.
You will manage an Application Development team and projects to drive the digital transformation of Network Management Centers for Service Assurance in the area of workflow to include automation, network self-healing, closed loop assurance, and task management. You will provide thought leadership, strategy and direction to the business and team to automate existing functions and improve customer service levels. You will use technology expertise with data analytics to develop solutions.
