About The Job Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring facilities meet brand standards, efficient shift planning, and accurate guest administration. Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Jumeirah’s luxury standards, prioritizing safety and confidentiality. Act as the main liaison for VIP, VVIP, and Dignitary guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized spa experience. Monitor financial performance, including P&L and KPIs, and recommend strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets. Lead and develop spa team through scheduling, training, coaching, and maintaining accurate colleague records. Drive guest satisfaction through NPS targets, Medallia review analysis, up-selling initiatives, and continuous service improvement About You Certified in spa-related courses with a solid educational foundation; a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is an advantage. 8–10 years of spa management experience within luxury hospitality or high-end wellness environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Opera, and Book4Time; advanced knowledge of yield management systems. Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and creative thinking skills. Experience with innovative wellness technologies and a detail-oriented approach to guest service excellence.
